AmbiRad sells its extensive range of products through a network of heating contractors based in the United Kingdom. International sales are conducted through specialist distributors in each of the main centres of the world.

Area Sales Managers are available to give advice and support to your installation teams where necessary. All our Area Managers are experienced in site support and will address any problems relating to the installation or assembly of our equipment. To arrange for a service engineer to visit your site, please click here.

Following commissioning of the system, our Service Department will provide after-sales support to you, our customers. (See section on Group Service Policy).

The AmbiRad Service department consists of a large team of ACS/ACOPS registered Field Service Engineers that cover all AmbiRad, Airbloc, and Nordair Niche products, supported by an internal service team They can be contacted on: 01384 489795

The policy of the department is as follows:

Field service

  • Provide an efficient after-sales service
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous product improvement
  • Improve field engineering support to exceed customer expectations
  • Provide support and assistance on site to trade contractors

Warranty
12 months full parts and labour warranty. 

Commissioning
To respond to commissioning requests within four days from receipt of completed commissioning proforma from clients.

Service contracts
Planned to suit customer requirements and completed within the agreed time frame.

Breakdown
Attend breakdown calls within the following timescales;

  • Goldflame customers within 48 hours
  • Service contract customers within 48 hours
  • Other breakdown calls within 5 working days

Recycling information

Under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007, AmbiRad Ltd is obliged to provide the following information to its customers:

  • Where packaging can be recycled
  • The customer's role in recycling
  • The meaning of labels on packaging
  • The relevant chapters on packaging in the National Waste Strategies
