  OIL FIRED RADIANT TUBE HEATERS

The Ambi-Rad ARO - oil fired radiant tube heater has been developed specifically to widen the proven benefits of radiant tube heating to areas where mains gas or propane is not an option.

Initially available in 38kW input, the heater is identical in construction to Ambi-Rad's generic range of radiant heater the AR, but combustion is provided by an exclusively designed 'Ecoflam' packaged oil burner.

The ARO range is in U tube configuration only and is manufactured from the finest materials including stainless steel reflectors, end caps and turbulators, with emitter tubes being of stainless and mild steel construction.

The range will be augmented in early 2002 with the addition of a 20kW version.

ARO SERIES - Benefits

  Reduced running costs.
Even heat coverage at low level
Does not directly heat the air
Ideal in areas of high filtration
  Minimises roof heat losses
Reduced stratification
Systems can be controlled easily to provide varying zoned temperatures and operating times
Provides rapid heat up and recovery
  Easy low cost maintenance

APPLICATIONS

  Factory units
  Warehouses
  Engineering Workshops
  Maintenance Sheds

1. Ensure oil supply line is sized to achieve required flow rate to burner.
2. All oil fired heaters must have an individual flue fitted. All flues must be constructed from stainless steel - either twin wall or insulated and fitted with a suitable terminal. (Aluminium is not suitable for gas oil, due to the sulphur content of the fuel.)
